Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your design purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 3‑day refund guarantee on qualifying orders from the date of purchase. This policy applies to pre‑made digital design products and standard design services; fully custom projects may be covered by separate written terms agreed before work begins.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us by email at hello@veila.me within 3 calendar days of your purchase, using the same email address you used at checkout. Please include your order number, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue so we can quickly review your request. For digital files, we may ask you to confirm that you have deleted all copies and will no longer use the designs after a refund is issued.
Once we receive your email, we will review your request and let you know the outcome within a reasonable time (typically a few business days). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only; depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
