Extended License

All premium design resources on this website purchased under Extended License are available for use in both personal and commercial projects with a couple of restrictions. Please, check these few simple terms to make sure we're on the same page.

Rights

You may modify the resource according to your requirements and implement in projects like websites, applications, templates or other materials in your personal, non-profitable or commercial projects. They can even may be used to create End Products for Sale where lifetime sales of the End Product for Sale are unlimited.

Social Sharing and Publications

You are welcome to share and spread the word about Creative Veila's premium design resources via social networks or websites on condition that you link back to veila.me website. You can't provide the assets for direct download from your website on any conditions.

Brushes, Effects & Creative Tools

Some of our resources — Procreate brushes, Photoshop effects, layer styles, actions, and similar add-ons — are tools rather than ready-made graphics. Everything you paint, letter, or design with these tools is your own work: use it in unlimited personal, client, and commercial projects, including End Products for Sale, with no unit limits.

The same applies under Extended License, with one boundary that no license tier removes: the brush and effect files themselves, and any parts extracted from them, can never be resold, shared, or embedded in products as editable tools.

Prohibitions

You do not have rights to redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer Creative Veila's 'premium design resources to any third party «as is». But you can use the resource purchased under Extended License as available for end user part of a bigger product intended to be sold via any marketplace.

You also do not have rights to extract, reverse-engineer, or adapt the contents of our tool files — including brush shapes and grains, source textures, settings, or effect mechanics — to create competing products such as brushes, effects, or presets, whether offered for free or for sale. Creative Veila's resources, in whole or in part, may not be used to train, fine-tune, or validate AI or machine-learning models.

What is an End Product for Sale?

An End Product For Sale can be either a digital design or physical item that you and/or your client intend to sell to more than a single person (via marketplaces, brick and mortar stores, etc.). Let's say, you purchase a graphic and include it in a website designed for a single, paid client, this is not considered an End Product for Sale. If you purchase that same graphic and incorporate it into a t-shirt that you design and sell to multiple people, that is considered an End Product for Sale.
