Rights

You may modify the resource according to your requirements and implement in projects like websites, applications, templates or other materials in your personal, non-profitable or commercial projects. They can even may be used to create End Products for Sale where lifetime sales of the End Product for Sale do not exceed 100 units. If you make more sales of the End Product created using one of Creative Veila's 'Pay What You Want' design resources, it's required to purchase an Extended License, allowing to create End Products for Sale that may be sold an unlimited number of times.

Brushes, Effects & Creative Tools

Some of our resources — Procreate brushes, Photoshop effects, layer styles, actions, and similar add-ons — are tools rather than ready-made graphics. Everything you paint, letter, or design with these tools is your own work: use it in unlimited personal, client, and commercial projects, including End Products for Sale, with no unit limits.

The unit limits described above apply to the resource files themselves and to designs where an unmodified resource is the main value of the product — for example, a single stamp or texture sold as a sticker or clipart, or an effect applied to plain text with no further design work. Original artwork created with the tools is always yours.

What is an End Product for Sale?

An End Product For Sale can be either a digital design or physical item that you and/or your client intend to sell to more than a single person (via marketplaces, brick and mortar stores, etc.). Let's say, you purchase a graphic and include it in a website designed for a single, paid client, this is not considered an End Product for Sale. If you purchase that same graphic and incorporate it into a t-shirt that you design and sell to multiple people, that is considered an End Product for Sale.
